Online Profile Page
Your departmental online profile is a chance for you to tell others about what you do, showcase your connections and highlight your publications where relevant. All staff and students in the department are eligible for a profile.
You can access and edit your own profile, using the online instructions here. In order to edit your page you must log in using your single sign-on details.
If you would like to create a profile, please email website@rdm.ox.ac.uk with the following information:
- Full name
- Single sign-on username
- Your division within RDM
- Your job title
- Research group (if relevant)

Claiming publications in Symplectic
If no publications are displaying on your online profile then this is because you have not claimed your publications in Symplectic. All research staff have a Symplectic account - please log in and claim your publications. Please also note that students do not have Symplectic accounts and therefore the recent publications feed will not work. You can, however, add a text box and paste your publications.
